Quick Revision!

dear loveable students...

it's time for mid term again!

i suppose everyone's gonna b busy with mid term of all subjects.

however, i hope that everyone will strive their best n' get the best result that u can for this EF & BE mid term which will start next Monday..

don't worry cos' this mid term is not gonna b so hard...

juz think positively n' everything's gonna b okay!!

for BE, it is going to b divided into 3 parts: reading, grammar & writing.

u'll have a reading text n' of course u need to answer the questions based on the text. on grammar, pls focus on the different parts of speech which we have covered during the first 3 weeks of the semester..for writing, no long essays.. pls refer to the paragraph structures notes that i've posted in aAdvantage.

for EF, the same thing, 3 parts: reading, grammar & writing.

so reading text, u need to answer the questions based on the text but of cos' it requires a little of thinking skills.. so pls provide logical explanation for each question. so grammar involves every aspects that we've covered..so things like S-V-Agreement, tenses, spellings and etc. for writing, so u'll choose one of the questions and write the essay in abt 400 words. pls write the essay according to the 5 paragraphs format as it is the easiest format n' all the points will b elaborated more clearly using this format. so, always remember ur intro (definition, general background & stand of position), content (ur 3 main points + explanations + examples) and conclusion (summary of everything + recommendation if u want to).

so no direct tips for everyone...i'm a bad teacher....LOL :P

but i hope everyone will get A for this mid term...

if u have anything u wanna ask, pls do it b4 the exam and don't depend on the internet bcos i won't be in kl for the weekend...
