Verbs & Tenses

Hi everyone,

I'm kinda excited because the Hari Raya holiday is coming soon.

That means I don't need to go to the office.

However, during this festive season, I need to work out 5 assignments for myself.

That's kinda horrible, isn't it?

But....I'll try my best and work hard to finish it.

I hope everyone will do the same and get a good result for EF.

For today, I've covered on the topic Verbs & Tenses and basically, they are really easy stuff.

Like what I've repeated and emphasized in the class, these are not hard at all. And I'm not really afraid of the students not understanding it but somehow, when students write essaBoldys, they tend to mix up the tenses. Despite that, I am sure everyone will do good for it.

For last discussion, not many people posted their thoughts but it'll be really good if everyone tries to give some feedback to it, as a way to refresh your mind about what was being taught in class and also some kind of fast revision you do it through online.

Before we go into the next topic, please let me know your thoughts about these questions.

1. What are verbs & tenses to you?

2. Why do you think they are important in writing?

3. By now, can you differentiate all types of tenses?

    1)for writing...
    2)because learn verbs and tenses can make a sentences correctly..

    1. that is simple thing but i alws do mistakes on it..
    2. erm,to show time..past,ongoing,now,future...

    3. can..but sometime confuse oso..

    1.Its is the thing that commonly use everyday when we talking writing.
    2.to express feeling,opinion and to show the time that something happen.
    3.Erm...i think no..we confuse bout tenses sometime..

    1. erm...i think is very important for us ...this is because the verb and tense can make us known that the past,present,future tense ...and can make us to known the time, place, and verb...

    2. this is because it can make us undestand what the meanning,the time , the location..that is important..

    3. i think half half lo.. when teacher teach we can very undestand lo..but when do exercise or what , i also half half only...
